Police are investigating a late-night shooting that left a man in an area hospital.
CANTON Police were called about 10 p.m. Tuesday to the 3000 block of 11th Street SW in response to shots fired.
They arrived to find that a 32-year old man had been shot in the hand, said Lt. Dennis Garren, police spokesman.
The man, who had no permanent address listed, was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
His condition was not available.
Futher details were not available as police continue to investigate.
