The Real Housewives of Atlanta held it’s annual reunion show on Thursday – and MTO News spoke with one of the Housewives in attendance, who spilled all the tea.
First off, the star of the reunion was without a doubt – Nene Leakes. She brought the drama to the show, and the other housewives brought the drama to her.
At one point in the reunion, she fought with everyone – including Andy!
But Nene wasn’t just fighting with her words. She got her lawyer involved! Before the reunion show began taping, MTO News learned that Nene had her attorney – Lisa Bloom – fire off cease and desist letters to housewives whom she thought would disparage her on tv. In particular, Yovanna and Kandi Burress were hit with the legal documents.
When taping began, the reunion started off with Yovanna confronting Nene. Yovanna claimed that there was never any audio recording of Cynthia badmouthing anyone. She told Andy that she concocted the story with NeNe, to create a storyline. According to Yovanna, she hoped that the fake storyline would help her become a full-time Housewife.
Nene denied what Yovanna said – and suggested that Lisa Bloom would sue her for making those statements on camera.
Then it was Kandi’s turn. Kandi and Nene argued much of the night – about Nine hiring Lisa Bloom to pressure other Housewives into being silent.
But the fireworks really took off between Kenya and Nene. Nene started off blasting Kenya’s marriage to Marc. But Kenya struck back – and she hit Nene with that ETHER.
Kenya claimed that NeNe has a secret boyfriend. And Kenya spilled all the tea. According to Kenya, Nene’s boyfriend is a man named Rodney, who lives in DC. She described him, and everything . . .
When Kenya spilled that information – it was too much for Nene.
The 52 year old beauty dropped off the conference call, and never returned to the reunion filming.
