Yesterday the two ladies had one of their girl talks, in front of millions of people on Instagram. And the conversation got graphic!

Lala and Kelly asked each other which sex position they favored – missionary, or “from the back.”

And each of the two beauties chose a different position. Lala explained, “I like from the back. If all you do is missionary, then I’m going to consider you to be a lazy lover.”

But Kelly chose missionary. The former Destiny’s Child beauty explained, “I’m a church girl, so I like missionary.”

But Kelly added, that missionary isn’t her favorite position. She told Lala, “I like missionary, but really I’m a rider.”

Kelly Rowland has sold over 30 million records as a solo artist, and a further 60 million records with Destiny’s Child. Her work has earned her several awards and nominations, including four Grammy Awards, one Billboard Music Award, and two Soul Train Music Awards. Rowland has also received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame as part of Destiny’s Child, and as a solo artist, she has been honored by the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers and Essence for her contributions to music.

Lala Anthony is a television personality, New York Times best-selling author, businesswoman, producer and actress. Her most recent roles include Two Can Play That Game (2001), You Got Served (2004), Think Like a Man (2012), Think Like a Man 2 (2014), November Rule (2015) and Destined (2015). After guest roles in several television shows, Anthony starred as Lakeisha Grant in the Starz original drama series Power.

Anthony has also starred in the American reality television series La La’s Full Court Wedding and La La’s Full Court Life. She married NBA superstar Carmelo Anthony.
