An Akron woman has been charged with two felony counts of submitting false documents to Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) to receive some childcare benefits.
M. Wade, 36, was charged with two felony counts of tampering with records (third degree felony) and theft (fifth degree felony). Between July 2018 and June 2019, Wade reported false information to ODJFS. Authorities are saying as a result, she received over $7,000 in benefits she was not supposed to get.
It’s not worth it people. I hear about people creating these fake documents all the time to get some extra benefits… but as you can see, it’s illegal and you can actually catch a felony behind it. You guys have bee warned.
